Caroline Alcide is a multidisciplinary artist raised and based in Toronto. Her relationship with clay began in high school at Northern Secondary School and deepened at OCAD University, where she studied Material Art & Design. After graduating, she returned to ceramics through a local membership studio, where her passion for form, texture, and utility came into focus. This led to the creation of Doux Studio, a collection of thoughtfully made ceramic pieces designed for everyday elegance. As demand grew, Caroline established her own private studio in Toronto’s Stockyards District, where she has been creating full-time since 2022.
